6 Vertical CFL Remodel Downlight. Height: 7 1/2. Ceiling Opening: 6 1/2 x 6 3/4. Elliptical aperture and trim ring match ceiling slope. Energy efficient. Single wall construction. IC rated housings for direct contact with ceiling insulation. Unit slips through 6 3/4 ceiling cut out. Integral flange secures fixture against ceiling. Four remodel clips secure housing and accommodate various ceiling thickness. Integral thermal protector guards against improper lamping. Adjustable socket bracket allows for different lamp types/sizes and proper and consistent lamp positioning. Pre-wired junction box provided with 1/2" and 3/4" knockouts. Maximum (8) No. 12 AWG branch circuit conductors (4 in 4 out). Junction box provided with removable access plates. 7 1/2 height allows for use in 2 x 8 construction. UL damp location listed. UL feed through listed. IC Airtight available.
