The Everfocus EDR410H is a video surveillance/security digital video recorder designed specifically for the security industry. The EDR410H/160 is a half-size 4-Channel/4-Camera system with a 160GB with CF Card Slot, USB and Network Connections (120 IPS). Video can be recorded on the hard drive and also be recorded to an included CF memory card that goes right into the front of the DVR. When the DVR is connected to a network, cameras and recordings can be viewed from virtually anywhere via the Internet. Another advantage of a network connection is the ability to remotely control a camera\'s PTZ function, something that cannot be done from the front of the unit. A built-in multiplexer allows video from all cameras to be simultaneously recorded, viewed and played back by both local and remote Internet users with no degradation in image quality or DVR performance. High-compression MPEG-4 is included up to framespeed 120FPS. Recording can be continuous or set to begin at a date and time or when an alarm is received. The system has a restore/reboot function following power failure. The kit includes the DVR, hot-swap hard drive, remote, accessories, and documentation.
