- COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES: This Dongar rearview mirror adapter is also compatible with other USB-powered devices including radar detectors and GPS.
- OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE: This dash cam adapter is recommended for USB-powered devices drawing less than 2A at 5V to ensure efficient heat management. If you're using a USB-C powered device, please ensure compatibility by checking the voltage specifications beforehand.
- COMPATIBILITY LIMITATIONS: Please note that this adapter is not compatible with devices requiring 12V or those powered by a barrel jack or RJ11 connector.
- COMPATIBLE VEHICLES: Examples of compatible vehicles for this rearview mirror dash cam include: various Nissan, Infiniti, and Mazda models from 2012+ (including the Mazda CX-5 2021+) as well as select Subaru models from 2008-2012. - AUTO-DIMMING REQUIREMENT: This Dongar dash cam adapter requires an auto-dimming or powered rearview mirror (such as a mirror with garage buttons) to function.
- IGNITION-ACTIVATED POWER: This adapter powers your dash cam or other USB-powered device when your vehicle's ignition is ON it is not intended for parking mode or other constant power applications. By turning on only when your vehicle is on, it eliminates any danger of draining your cars battery.
- COMPLETE KIT: The Dongar Technologies kit includes one (1) dash cam power adapter, along with three (3) shorty USB cables (USB-C, Mini USB, Micro USB) for use with USB-powered devices.
