The OG-B260HDMI2 260 Series 4K HDR Audio Extractor) is a compact, cost-effective solution for extracting audio from HDMI sources while maintaining 4K HDR video quality. It supports resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 (18Gbps bandwidth) and HDR formats including Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG, with HDCP 2.2 compatibility. The device extracts both 2-channel and multichannel audio (e.g., Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio) to digital optical (SPDIF) or analog stereo outputs, but does not downmix multichannel to 2-channel. Audio EDID settings allow locking to 2.0ch, 5.1ch, or passthrough for compatibility with various systems. Its small form factor enables easy mounting, and built-in ESD/surge protection ensures reliability. A CEC controller powers displays on/off, and its certified by Dolby and DTS for audio performance.
